Trek Overview

The Langtang Valley Trek is one of Nepal's most scenic Himalayan adventures, taking you through the breathtaking landscapes of Langtang National Park to the picturesque village of Kyanjin Gompa. Located just north of Kathmandu, this remarkable journey offers the perfect blend of mountain scenery, rich Tamang culture, and peaceful trekking trails, making it an excellent alternative to Nepal's busier trekking routes. Along the way, you'll trek through lush forests, cross suspension bridges, pass traditional Tamang villages, and follow glacial rivers beneath towering Himalayan peaks. The adventure reaches its highest point at Tserko Ri (4,984 m), where you'll be rewarded with spectacular panoramic views of Langtang Lirung, Dorje Lakpa, Yala Peak, and the surrounding snow-capped mountains. This is more than just a trek, it's an unforgettable journey through pristine Himalayan landscapes, ancient Buddhist culture, and warm local hospitality. Whether you're seeking adventure, tranquility, or a deeper connection with nature, the Langtang Valley Trek offers an authentic Himalayan experience and memories that will last a lifetime.
